Please carefully review this page before purchasing or returning any product to Techware Distribution, Inc.

Techware Purchase Policy Information:
    Domestic Orders
    We accept all major Credit Cards. We will only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder. We accept Government, Educational and Corporate Purchase Orders. Some may require a simple credit check prior to delivery.

    International Orders
    We will only ship international orders with a wire transfer pre-payment. Please call our customer service center for more information. 1-952-944-0083

    Minimum Purchaser Age Requirement
    Techware will not accept orders from users under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age you must have an adult complete your purchase.

Product Returns
  1. An RMA number must be requested from Techware prior to sending any product back. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from date of issuance. The RMA number must appear on your address label. We will not accept returns without an RMA number.

  2. To receive a refund or credit, all products must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in the original box and packaging with all original accessories and documentation included. Any variance from these conditions will result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. Techware reserves the right to refuse delivery of any item that is not returned in the original packaging.

  3. A restocking charge equal to 15% of the manufacturers suggested retail price of the item will be charged on any returned item. The restocking charge will not apply if the item is determined by Techware to be defective, and provided that the defective item is exchanged for the exact same item. The 15% restocking charge will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

  4. Product must be returned to Techware Distribution (with an RMA) within 30 days from the date of shipment.

  5. Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping charges. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

  6. If you request that the new product be shipped prior to Techware Distribution receiving the product to be exchanged, Techware Distribution will invoice and charge your credit card for the new product. Upon receipt of the original product, Techware Distribution will credit your account and credit card.

  7. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and applicable sales tax for exchanged product.

  8. Special order products can not be returned unless deemed defective by a Techware Distribution technical support specialist.
Warranty
    All new products sold by Techware Distribution, Inc. carry a full manufacturer return to depot warranty for both parts and labor. Most warranties are at least 1 year, with options for extended warranties up to 3 years. In many cases Rapid Exchange upgrades are available at an additional cost. Shipping back to the manufacturer is the responsibility of the customer.
