Hi Sarah, I would recommend contacting Disc Makers directly. A few years back we had good access to Amtren parts, and service. But after they stopped being involved in the CD / DVD market (I think they went out of business) my company no longer had the means of supporting the Amtren / Disc Makers disc duplicators and printers.

I wish we could be of more help on this issue. Of course if you need any help or advice on Microboards, Primera or Rimage equipment…or if you need help printing or duplicating your CD’s or DVD’s, let me know.

Hello, I need help with my disc maker Elite 2. The robotic arm is not working properly and I’ve calibrate it many times and have bought a new cable for the arm also.

First of all, than you for your question Ken.

We have been told that many of the production delays are getting worked out. Production in Japan should be getting back to normal toward the end of this month which means that supply in the US should be back to normal in August/September.

Happy to hear that our customers overseas and in the USA have a potential to purchase this unit from us. Our many Fujitsu units are old and unreliable and none ever worked successfully on SCSI with XP. We own hundreds of XP licenses but need to convert to USB on all our MO equipment so we can continue to read and write our vast data base with our customers again!
