We charge a $99 test and advise fee to professionally inspect and diagnose the issue(s) of your CD printer and/or duplicator. We then contact you with a good faith estimate for the repair charges. If you choose to go ahead with the repairs, the $99 test and advise fee is applied to your total bill. If not, we simply charge the $99 fee and send your system back.

Most repairs carry a warranty for the parts replaced and for the service performed. Contact us for details as many parts have different warranty periods.
